
Kristen Anne Bell was born on July 18 in 1980. [1] She is an American actress and singer. After beginning her acting career as a stage actress at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, Bell made her Broadway stage debut in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Bell also performed in the Broadway revival of The Crucible the year after. After starring in the action-thriller Spartan (2004) and Gracie's Choice (2004), she received praise for her performance in Gracie's Choice (2004). Then, she made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer. After that she was cast in the popular teen drama TV series Veronica Mars (2004). Her performance received critical acclaim as well as a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on television. In the 2014 film the series, she reprised her part as the title character in the new season, she played the title character. While on Veronica Mars, Bell starred in the role of Mary Lane in the musical film Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) which was reprising the role she performed in the New York musical of the same name.Bell starred as Elle Bishop in the superhero drama series Heroes from 2007 to the year 2008. Bell played the role of the character's narrator on the Teen Drama series Gossip Girl. The 2021 sequel will have her reprising the role. Bell was also the Showtime comedy House of Lies' lead actress, Jeannie van de Hooven. Bell was a part of Eleanor Shellstrop in the NBC comedy series The Good Place. This part earned her a nomination for the Golden Globe Award. Bell played the character of Eleanor Shellstrop in the streaming series The Woman in the Home Across the Street From the Girl in the Window.
